Puppy Visitor!
It is heartwarming to see our pupils taking good care of our little guest. I was impressed with level of maturity. All I have seen today was tender love and care!
Fitness for Learning (FFL)
During our Fitness for Learning (FFL) lessons, one of the sports we are currently offering is Softball. This sport allows students to maintain social distancing and is proving a very popular lesson amongst our young people.

Ofsted remote visit to Egerton High School
Following my remote visit with Will Smith, Her Majesty’s Inspector (HMI), to your school on 2 December 2020, I write on behalf of Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills to confirm the visit’s findings. Thank you for the time you made available to discuss your actions since September 2020, when the government expected all schools to open fully to all pupils.
This visit was conducted under section 8 of the Education Act 2005 (as amended) and in accordance with Ofsted’s published procedures for visiting schools while routine inspections are temporarily suspended.
COVID19 letter to Year 10&11!
Dear Parents/Carers,
During these unprecedented times, it is important we all work together to ensure our students still achieve their full potential and outcomes. A decision has been made to cancel this year’s formal examinations and replace them with Teacher Assessments. We are uncertain if this will apply in future years but regardless, the academic study must continue, either at school or at home..

LEGO Therapy
Lego Therapy is a social development program for children. It uses children’s love of LEGO play, as well as their strengths and interests, to develop communication and social skills. Here you can see our Year 8, enjoying free play and building fantastic creations.
