Our Zen Den offers a calming environment. The space is designed to create a sense of tranquility, using natural elements like plants, soft lighting, minimalistic decor, and calming colors (such as soft blues, greens, and neutral tones). The layout is simple, clutter-free, and designed to promote relaxation. Comfortable Furnishings allow students to sit or lie down comfortably during relaxation or meditation sessions. Sensory Tools are used to promote serenity, such as aromatherapy diffusers, soft music, nature sounds, and calming visuals. This is a dedicated space for activities like deep breathing exercises, guided meditation, or quiet reflection. The Zen Dens provides options for different relaxation techniques—whether it’s journaling, creative arts (like mindful colouring), or simply spending time alone. Benefits of The Zen Den include:
